These conditions determine the procedure for booking, payment and cancellation of reservations offered on this site. botapalace.com Websites may be used for your private use without any fees for use, and subject to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is BOTA NEKRETNINE d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor to this site who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card.<\/p>

Reservation<\/h3>

The buyer reserves the accommodation via an electronic order form.
A customer is considered to be any person who electronically reserves at least one room, fills in the required information and sends the order.
All prices are in euros.
Accommodation is considered reserved at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment.<\/p>

Payment<\/h3>

All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the local Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.<\/p>
