The luxurious Tauris room is located on the second floor of Bota Palace. This modernly equipped room is named after the Latin name for the magical island of Šipan.
The room is equipped with quality modern furniture. The beds are made to measure, as are the nightstands illuminated by Italian Artemide lamps and the blue chest of drawers that dominates the left corner of the bedroom, where there is a decorative custom-made epoxy resin plate with homemade cookies welcoming the guests, Nespresso coffee machine, Alessi kettle and a mini bar. The wall of the room is adorned with an abstract painting by the academic artist Tonko Smokvina, which gives the interior a contemporary character.
The room consists of an entrance hall, bedroom and a bathroom. There is a possibility of separating the bed into two separate decks, on request.
The room’s windows overlook Stradun, the main and most beautiful street within the walls and the bell tower of the Franciscan monastery. Inside the walls and cloister of this monastery is one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe, which first opened its doors in 1317 and operates continuously to this day.
